We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 300 on all orders.
Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 3,500.

For bulk orders, shipping charges may increase. Customers are informed in advance, and the order proceeds only after confirmation.

2. How long does delivery take?

Within Karachi: 1–2 business days
Outside Karachi: 3–5 business days

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 days due to courier delays. Any such delays are communicated through our website or official social media channels.

3. Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your shipment.

4. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping.
Please mention gift wrapping requirements while placing your order or contact us immediately after checkout.

5. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged items
Incorrect items sent

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

6. Do you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds.
Approved cases are handled through product replacement (exchange) only.

7. Do you sell wholesale or accept bulk purchases?

We do not deal in wholesale.
Bulk purchases for personal or gifting purposes are accepted, and shipping charges may vary accordingly.

8. Do you sell used or pre-owned books?

Yes. We sell both new and pre-owned books.
The condition of pre-owned books is mentioned at the time of purchase and is considered final unless damaged during transit.
