- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
Shipping Method
- All orders are shipped via trusted courier services
- We do not offer self-pickup or self-shipping
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Within Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Outside Karachi: 3–5 business days
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 7 days due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be informed through our website or official social media announcements if such delays occur.
Shipping Charges
- Flat shipping rate: PKR 250 per order
- Free shipping: On orders above PKR 2,500
Bulk Orders
- Shipping charges may increase for bulk orders
- Customers will be informed of revised charges in advance
- Orders will be processed only after customer confirmation
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- A tracking number is provided once the order is dispatched

Non-Serviceable Areas
- We do not ship to PO boxes
- Delivery availability depends on courier service coverage
Damaged or Lost Shipments
