At The Thought Shelf, we carefully inspect and pack every order. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to assist as per the policy below.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Sale or discounted items
- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
- Items not reported within the 3-day return window
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
For used/pre-owned books, the condition at delivery is considered final unless damage occurred during transit.
Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or phone.
- Share clear images or videos showing the issue.
- Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by The Thought Shelf for approved cases.
- We will arrange or guide the return courier accordingly.
Replacement Policy
- Replacements only are offered for approved returns.
- Refunds are not provided.
- Replacement items are dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected.
